School life

Saint Cecilia’s uses a range of digital platforms to support teaching and enhance communication with parents and carers.

ParentPay
As a cashless school, Saint Cecilia’s uses ParentPay for all payments, including trips, music lessons and resources. Parents can top up their child’s school photo card for school meals. Our Finance department provides login details and setup instructions once a pupil joins the school.

Satchel:One (formerly called Show my Homework)
Satchel:One is an online homework calendar that helps pupils and parents track homework, deadlines and resources. Free to download on smartphones, it ensures easy access to assignments. Pupils use their school Microsoft O365 log in to access their account. Parents receive login details to see what homework has been set.

SIMS Parent App
The SIMS Parent app is a key part of home-school communication, providing parents with easy access to important school and pupil information. Available for both iOS and Android, the app keeps families informed and engaged in learning. Parents without a smartphone or tablet can access the same information online at www.sims-parent.co.uk. Full registration details are provided once a pupil joins the school.

SOCS
SOCS is the school’s sports portal, providing key details about team fixtures, including dates, times, locations and results. This platform is password-protected, with access provided to parents of pupils selected for school teams.

SchoolCloud
Parents’ evenings take place annually for each year group. Saint Cecilia’s uses SchoolCloud for appointment booking, allowing parents to schedule meetings with teachers. Login details are sent by email ahead of each Parents’ Evening.
