Governance
Our Governing Body is committed to the school’s mission ‘Glorifying God through outstanding, enjoyable education’ and to raising the standards of achievement of all our pupils and students.
The membership of our Governing Body comprises both elected and nominated representatives: parents, staff and the local community.
Chair of Governors
Carl Membery
Carl has served as a governor at Saint Cecilia’s since 2019, including a term as Chair of the Resources Committee. He brings over 30 years of experience in financial services to the role, offering valuable insight and strategic oversight to the school’s operations. As a resident of Southfields for over 20 years, he knows the area and local community well; both of his children attended Saint Cecilia’s. He is proud to continue supporting the school’s mission and remains committed to helping deliver its vision of outstanding, enjoyable education rooted in Christian values. He became Chair of Governors in September 2025.
Vice-Chair
Nicola Wild
Nicola has been a governor at Saint Cecilia’s since 2017 and was appointed Vice-Chair in 2023. As the safeguarding link governor and a member of the Curriculum and Standards Committee, she is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. With two children who attended Saint Cecilia’s and were deeply involved in its musical life, she has enjoyed supporting the school’s concerts, including international tours. A long-time Wandsworth resident, Nicola is a member of Holy Trinity, Wandsworth Church.
